All chairs displayed on this website are available for sale online via this eCommerce website. We use Payfast, SA’s leading online payment facilitator, when receiving all online payments. Please note that Payfast only supports Visa and Mastercard.

Should you not wish to pay online with card details, you can complete the order form and we will send you a Pro Forma Invoice for an EFT Payment. Once an online payment or EFT payment notification is received, we process your order with the warerhouse in Stikland who then schedule assembly and delivery.

SHOWROOM AVAILABILIY:

Please note that we do not have a showroom in Cape Town. All chairs are ordered as per the website’s images, specifications and descriptions. City Office’s warehouse in Stikland is where stock is kept and assembled, it is not open to the public and does not offer a showroom experience.

The chairs for sale on this website are popular chair brands which many buyers are already familiar with and many companies also have these chairs at their offices already. This means that we are able to sell to those familiar with our chairs without the need for a showroom giving us relevance in the market.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

We endeavor to carry stock of all chairs listed on this webpage in Black at our warehouse in Stikland. Stock chairs are delivered within 3-5 working days or can be collected after 24 hours from the Stikland warehouse. Should we not have stock at a particular time, we will order this in for you and deliver accordingly. We receive weekly deliveries from the Johannesburg manufacturing plant so getting new stock is not a lengthy process. Stock is available in Black. Should you require specialized fabrics/leathers/colours, contact us and we will quote for this accordingly.

Please note that we only deliver to the areas listed on the delivery page and checkout page. If you location is not listed there, please contact us to confirm whether we deliver to your area.

EMAIL ORDERS:

Email Orders can be sent to . You can email us your order, no problem. We will then respond with a pro forma invoice or payment link (your decision) for payment. Once payment is received, we will process the order with the Stikland warehouse and email correspondence to you.

WHATSAPP ORDERS:

Use our WhatsApp line to place an order. Simply click on the WhatsApp Icon and tell us what you require. We will then send you a Pro Forma Invoice for payment, or send you a Payment link should this be more suitable.
